Is amiPOS cloud-based? Do I need a server?
Yes, amiPOS runs in the cloud. You need no server and no installation on site – just an internet connection, a computer or tablet with a browser, and a receipt printer.
Which devices does it run on?
Windows and Mac computers, laptops and tablets, in a modern web browser. On tablets, buttons and fields are larger for touch, and a customer display can be opened on a second monitor or tablet.
Can we customise how it looks?
Yes. Choose one of 18 interface themes, and your logo and company details are printed on receipts, quotes and delivery notes. Quick buttons adapt to your range based on the last 30 days of sales.
Does amiPOS issue e-invoices (Croatian Fiscalisation 2.0)?
Yes. Alongside fiscal and R1 receipts, amiPOS issues e-invoices under the European standard EN 16931 and the Croatian HR CIUS 2025 specification, and shows the sending status of each e-invoice.
Which businesses is it for?
Shops, service businesses, hospitality and gyms, in retail and wholesale. Bills of materials cover products made from several ingredients, and business customers get quotes, delivery notes and R1 invoices.
Does it work with an online shop?
Yes, with WooCommerce. The till is the main source of stock: stock levels are sent to the shop, and web orders arrive in amiPOS. You can also keep a safety buffer that is not sold online.
Can we import our existing products?
Yes. During setup, we review the data in your previous system and agree how to import products, customers and other required records.
Where are you and what does support look like?
amidal is based in Koprivnica, Croatia. Setup, training and support are handled by the same team that develops amiPOS. We can meet clients in Koprivnica and the Podravina region in person, and because the till runs in the cloud, we support businesses across Croatia.
Can we use it in a gym?
Yes. The till can connect to amiFIT for recording and renewing memberships.
Which market is amiPOS designed for?
amiPOS is designed for businesses and fiscalisation in Croatia. Use in another country requires a separate review of local requirements.
