This policy explains how amidal processes personal information about visitors to this website and people who contact us.
Data controller

Contact form and email enquiries
We process your name, email, company or venue, chosen solution, message and phone number if provided. We use them to respond and discuss a possible working relationship under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps, or Article 6(1)(f) for other business enquiries. Your enquiry is stored in the protected website administration and forwarded through amidal’s email system when email delivery is enabled. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing lists.
Website operation and security
The server may record your IP address, request time, page address and technical browser information for security and reliable operation, based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting and email service providers process data only as needed to provide these services.
Cookies and external content
This version has no analytics or advertising scripts, Google reCAPTCHA or automatically loaded external videos. Fonts and images are served locally. The contact form and administration may use a necessary session cookie to prevent misuse and support secure sign-in. External links are subject to the destination website’s policies.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and potential cooperation. We delete it when that purpose ends, unless a legal retention duty, contractual relationship or the protection of legal claims requires otherwise. Security logs and anti-abuse information are kept for limited periods appropriate to their purpose. The administration copy is kept for a maximum of 12 months and deleted earlier when no longer needed. Business correspondence is retained as needed for the enquiry, cooperation or legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact amidal@amidal.hr. You may lodge a complaint with Croatia’s supervisory authority AZOP (azop.hr) or the authority where you live or work.
Application privacy policies
amiFIT member data is covered by the respective gym’s privacy policy; amidal maintains the system as a processor. The amifit kiosk privacy policy remains separately available at amidal.hr/amifit-kiosk/. This website policy does not replace individual application policies.
